Gerry Peterson and Sam Kimpton set up two inspection layouts for the Vincent J. MacDonald Chapter of the 11th Airborne Division Association's annual picnic in Aurora, Oregon Saturday 24 August.

Troopers Peterson and Kimpton also made a cursory reconaisance of the local antique stores in Town following the event and found two GI pocket knifes and an "Everdry" match safe like that seen in photos of inspection layouts during the war.
