If you can read this, I'm sorry to say your present Browser does not
have the capiblity of viewing pages using the 'frames' feature.
Your not missing much, but so this isnt a complete waste of time,
heres a couple of ideas you can try to simulate a 'FRAMES' enviorment:

<LI>Option I:<UL><IMG SRC="images/deadnrs.gif" ALIGN=RIGHT>
<LI>Look around your house/office/padded cell and try to find some pictures.
Remove the "FRAMES" from the pictures, and then tape them to your monitor
screen. If your a Nurse or had any training in the field, this should be
a walk in the park. If your not a nurse, and need techincal help installing
Frames onto your computer go to the experts: call a local Hospital and ask
to speak to a Nurse.
When she anwsers the phone, tell her you heard from an "Engineer" that
nurses use tape for everything, and you were just wondering how an expert with
tape would go about installing a bunch of pictures "Frames" to their computer
monitor. The nurse will then walk you through the techincal sequence of
installing "Frames" on your computer. That is, if she not busy EATING!!!

Visit the <a href="ovredge.html">Underground</a> and get a browser that supports FRAMES. Download it
and get on with your life.</ul>
