A. Put everything aside from the gold, the fake grails, and the key into
the barrel (after all the boards are in place, of course).
Q. How do I get rid of the gold?
A. Get rid of every single gold coin by choosing the right combination and
number of shrubs on Intershrub. For instance, if you didn't take any gold from the page in the Book, and hadn't gotten a shrub yet (761 gold coins), you could get rid of the gold by buying a Hibiscus, 3 Azaleas, and 5 Elderberries.

Q. I spent some gold on shrubbery, but now I have less left than the cheapest
shrub!
A. If you got your math wrong, don't worry: the page before Intershrub has
a nice supply of coins you can take, and please do a better job of planning
your purchases ahead this time! The piles of gold have 1, 16, or 256 coins, so plan carefully how much more to take after looking carefully at the shrubbery prices (listed above).
Q. What can I take across the bridge safely?
A. You can only take the four fake grails and the key.
